ULxx does not return error while being set wrong codec configuration. ULxx の VCM 版で、誤った設定で ICSetState を呼んでもエラーを返さない。恐らく他の方法で設定した場合も同様。

Fixed in version 19.1.0 / バージョン 19.1.0 で修正した。
