Implement SRS feedback from Roy #213

Team A Software Requirements Specification Feedback – RRG – 9-1-22

  1. Consider checking on appropriate document “designation” in footer. “Confidential, USPS” may not be appropriate.
  2. Consider adding a section for “Non-Functional” requirements that might have been discussed with the customer. One example may be “The application shall have a simplistic user interface that incorporates large, labeled, and colorful buttons with icons for ease of use.”
  3. Suggest a “hard Scrub” on acronyms and always “spell out” on first use. A very quick read identified a number of acronyms not yet included: API, USPS, MID.
  4. Suggest, only if applicable, citing the source of any diagrams or symbols used in figures contained in the document.
