Section 2.2, forth bullet. I seem to recall that some performance criteria was cited as "non-functional" requirements. I did not see an approach articulated for performance testing.
Section 2.2, third bullet. This is very soft "UAT" language. Our class initiative/customer relationship is somewhat unique. Be sure there are agreed upon - clear expectations of exactly who will do the final "End-to-End" testing of the functional (and any non-functional) requirements.
