Added Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions links & pop-up dialog boxes to Login and Settings Screens. User is required to tick off the checkbox prior to submitting their credentials on the login screen. If they don't, error dialog shows up to remind them that they need to check the box. They can also view the terms and conditions or privacy policy on the login screen by tapping on the blue highlighted text and likewise on the settings page under the respective section w/ the respective ListTile buttons.
Also updated/modified the Settings screen in addition to completing the above.
