I just made a couple minor edits after the acceptance of the main PR I made earlier this week. After talking with Mike, I'm going to start a new Feature branch to make some edits to mailPiece retrieval, and email processing, but I think I am mainly done with Feature/407 after this.

seems like this adds a lot of commented code and "delete laters". I guess it's fine but wondering when "later" will apply.
