This fixes the digest page not being able to parse digest messages or get the attachments. It also will now grab the latest digest. Unfortunately we need to now grab all digest emails to sort them by date because the SORT IMAP function is apparently not well supported as outlook.com does not support it. I also removed a bunch of dead code related to the digests. We can do much more with this page, but this is a start.
