Mail View content does not load for certain accounts #709

Chris's hotmail account is able to pull mail during the cache process, but loading the individual mail view for a piece ends up failing to load the image and "do more" content. I believe this is because our cache process currently can handle the MimeParts of the email being at two different levels, but the MailView page only checks for them at one level of the hierarchy.
