As a stakeholder, I want to know where the MailSpeak application stands as far as section 508 compliance.

Acceptance Criteria

Section 508 checklist
Verify that the linked checklist is the correct one to use for our case
Fill out compliance status for all items

Note: we will likely not make any actual software changes as a result of this, just need to see where we stand.
