DevOps Deployment #22

The deployment with the DevOps pipelines is not working. Able to create an image locally and run in a container but it does not connect to the backend (unless running locally on my machine) and it will not deploy to azure.

Devops has this working, need to make the environment variables changeable via command line for deployment to azure. Will open new issue to capture this
