setting 7.4.1708 version #26

The CentOS-7-aarch64-rootfs-7.4.1708.tar.xz file only exists in version 7.4.1708

That's right, the 7.5 rootfs tar archive isn't there yet, but `...7//isos/...´ points to 7.5 .
