Capture recordings, extract video frames from svo

Recorded .svo recordings in the garage of the design space as test data. Only has straight lanes. Included recordings with and without a pothole, recorded at different heights, recorded zig-zagging. Used ZedRecording.py and ZedTest.py files to recording/view recordings.
