Brackets for 2nd Gen Platform #425

Need to design/choose brackets for holding the 2x1 frame together and attaching the 1x1 struts to the across the frame.

We will standardize holes to be for 1/4-20 screws. Previous brackets did not have holes spaced far enough apart which resulted in being unable to remove bolts unless in a certain order.

For the corners we will likely sandwich them together.

Measure how much sheet aluminum we have for making new brackets.

Update: 1) Make sure the CAD model is correct in Solidworks 2) Add the brackets into the assembly 3) Modify the frame for the bracket holes

Some brackets were designed and manufactured last semester, and coupled with welding the frame this should be all set.
