Based on current mock-up of Power shelf, add in necessary components per Embedded systems to double check and confirm once completed

Alli completed CAD of power shelf. Checked with Embedded Systems to confirm it looks good. No changes are to be made for now

Reopened for part 2 of development of shelf, planning out holes and incorporating full CAD models of components instead of boxy place-holders
