Tasks for each subteam lead:
Write up a list of skills needed for subteam members / goals of onboarding new members
Consider what skills are shared among other subteams and reach out to those leads to brainstorm combined trainings for those
Explore a couple of onboarding project possibilities and consider whether they can be applied to this platform. If not, what supplies/resources will we need for the project?
Write up / find a couple of tutorials on the skills your members need that aren't covered by your project ideas.
Tips:
Take into consideration different skill levels of new members (some higher difficulty tasks for more experienced members, etc.)
