Move global_planner into nav_stack #15

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. global_planner belongs to navigation. This stack should only include the robot model and relevant packages used to simulate robot features. The installation script will also need to be updated to remove nav2 installation.

Before deleting the files on our side, make sure that the nav_stack global planner branch is up to date with the progress
