[plugin-access]权限路由生成有问题 #392

What happens?

如图所示，当权限定义为对象形式的时候，生成的.umi临时文件里面的routes是错误的， 同时发现，如果已经npm run start启动了服务 再去修改路由里面的access的值，.umi/core/routes文件内容不会更新。
