[需求] openapi插件忽略网络错误 #773

因为比如我这的场景是openapi地址直接连接到后端开发环境的，后端在开发过程中也是经常重载或者异常，这就导致如果我前台在操作时经常触发openapi地址请求报错，需要重新start image
