[@umijs/plugin-locale] Do not update Locale for dayjs when changing language for antd 5 #919

Currently, I am using plugin-locale's SelectLang component for antd version 5 components. Any locale changes are not applied to dayjs but only to moment. This can be checked in this template file. Can Umi update this plugin?
