There are currently more than one type of schedule in the scheduler and their definitions remain rough and hard to work with. For iteration 4, their definitions should be refined to better fit the needs of a basic MVP scheduler, even if it means "dumbing" them down.

24 is being broken up into even smaller task items to achieve a functional MVP, and this is one of those items.
