Previously, matrices were interlaced when parsing files from LatNet Builder. This was not a very flexible behavior. Now interlacing is handled in DigitalNetBase2, with two variants:
interlacing matrices, which returns a new DigitalNetBase2, whose dimension equals original dimension divided by interlacing factor.
interlacing point sets, which returns an array of doubles. This is useful to apply interlacing after NUS.
