Wrong ISO Code for Albania in cldr/ln #14

The ISO Code for Albania in the Lingala (ln, including the sub languages ln_CD and ln_CG) is noted AX, but it should be AL. AX stands for the Åland Islands.

I just checked it again and it turns out that the correct name for Albania in Lingala is actually "Alibani" and not "Albania", according to http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/by_type/code_lists.territories.html So both the name and the code should be updated.
