Missing countries for French language #21

Hello, there are 4 missing countries in French version

BQ => Bonaire, Saint-Eustache et Saba CW => Curaçao SS => Sud Soudan SX => Sint Maarten

Which file? CLDR or ICU?

Hello, it's in ICU.

And there is this problem in anothers languages :
