BQ in english list is: "British Antarctic Territory" not "Bonaire" #23

Shouldn't BQ be the code for Bonaire and not for the British Antarctic Territory? (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Decoding_table or http://www.iso.org/iso/home/standards/country_codes/country_names_and_code_elements_txt.htm)

The problem is in the following list: https://github.com/umpirsky/country-list/blob/master/country/cldr/en/country.json

CLDR may be out of date, will try to update when I find time.

In the meantime please use https://github.com/umpirsky/country-list/blob/master/country/icu/en/country.json or try to update yourself following https://github.com/umpirsky/country-list#build

Based on the latest CLDR (version 25). BQ should be as follows:

"BQ","Caribbean Netherlands", ... ,"ক্যারিবিয়ান নেদারল্যান্ডস",...
