General update of the dataset #35

Can you reimport updated versions of the original datasets? I think East Germany doesn't exist as a sovereign state anymore (Or did I miss something?)... https://github.com/umpirsky/country-list/blob/3db06e2cdb78401c1feab9ca45385342749ffc93/country/cldr/en/country.csv#L67
