Add formal definite article to The Bahamas #76

The country's official name is The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, but is shortened to 'The Bahamas', not just 'Bahamas'

The data is coming form ICU database, we don't change it by hand. If you want to change it, please refer to ICU.

I don't want to discuss the name, but Wikipedia also says Bahamas.
