Change Description

Bug fix for linking between modified group name and its corresponding project.
Allow the professor to see newly submitted project requests by highlighting the row in the table, by clicking on the "Show New Requests" button on the Project Page
If there is only one student left in the group, don't allow them to leave the group otherwise we will be stuck with an empty group
If a project application gets accepted, other applications to the project will be sent to "Rejected"
When a group gets deleted, remove its project applications
