TLS InsecureSkipVerify option #1712

@umputun @paskal please review TLS InsecureSkipVerify option changes. I suppose a new release needs to be issued for these modules. https://github.com/go-pkgz/notify https://github.com/go-pkgz/auth

I've already tested it as a cloudron app on my dev host, it works well.

@umputun I've updated go.mod and go.sum in _example directory by go mod tidy. It's built properly locally now.
