Add CI/CD for Linux, Windows and macOS in conda environment with python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 Fix bug importlib metadata for python<3.8 Update doc with a new git repo

Nice. Just missing some small documentation under .github/workflows (to be done in another PR)
