ILC Realtime sign flickering between times and departure #59

I caught a video today of the ILC Realtime sign flickering between the estimated minutes until departure and times after 6:00pm. I checked the PVTrack app on my phone and m.pvta.com, and it is not behaving that way there. The video of the sign is at this link.
