Another pass at the LiveCD kernel #5

Having had some experience trimming down the Raspberry PI kernel, we can make a pass at the LiveCD once again. We need a lot more drivers, because all sorts of hardware might be out there, but we don't need e.g. net filters, kernel debugging, sound cards, etc.
