Turn down the bojangles #15

In case we decide that every minute is a little much.

Worth mentioning that some errors we've seen have only been present for 2-3 minutes.

If merged, should be followed up with:

ssh app3 "cd /srv/bojangles && git pull && bundle exec whenever -c && bundle exec whenever --update-crontab"

This will be addressed by more robust enhancements.
