Should DEPARTURE_FUTURE_HOURS actually be 2? #24

I notice the text on BusInfoBoard says:

Should we only be looking two hours out for departures?

Supposed to be 3 hours in advance according to Avail, but there's this old issue https://github.com/umts/BusInfoBoard/issues/23.

Let's talk more about it this morning.
