Rake tasks #34

After all of the changes made to Bojangles, the rake tasks no longer work. I'll fix this.

More specifically, something is going on with the mailer. After successfully running bojangles:daily, bojangles:go is aborted with the message Errno::ECONNREFUSED: Connection refused - connect(2) for "localhost" port 1025

@dfaulken and @Anbranin I need help with this. I tried installing mailcatcher, that didn't help.
