Worth noting, that this PR also makes the app... work again.

active-record 6.1 requires mysql2 0.5.x but the Gemfile.lock has 0.4.9, so currently any attempt to connect to the database generates a LoadError.

Whoops, shoudn't have merged this until the other apps on app3 were ready.

I think it'll be fine. No one can deploy Bojangles for now, but its pretty unlikely that anyone will need to.
