Configurable form confirmation email text #4

The email should be copied to the Contact person at the email entered with just a few lines (I am open to suggestions here!):

Thank you for requesting transportation with the UMass Transit Meet & Greet Service. You should receive confirmation that the trip(s) have been scheduled within 2-5 business days. If you have requested transportation that is within 3 business days please call our office at (413) 545-2498 to confirm availability. (followed by the same information we see - similar to below).

My reply 6/15/2015:

Copying the additions to someone else with some additions is a fairly simple task; my thought is that we’d like to allow you to configure that behavior and text as you wish, so probably that’ll be a feature that we roll out a little later with some configurability built into it.

Rolled; not currently configurable.

I think we might be able to take a page from https://github.com/umts/round-three/pull/1593 here.
