Look and feel #43

Users will navigate to the jobapps form from the new Transportation site, which will look like http://umwebdev.oit.umass.edu/transportation/.

For forms like this, we should include:

  1. The UMass top banner/logo bar (#881C1C) with search bar.
  2. The Transportation header bar (#EEEEEE).
  3. The UMassAmherst footer bar (#ACA39A), with the text/links:
    • This site is maintained by UMass Amherst Transportation Services
    • © 2015 University of Massachusetts Amherst | Site Policies | Site Map.

The menu tabs and footer contact info are not needed. The rest of the site design/layout can be minimalist (but should adhere to Umass identity guidelines).

Background: We discussed if we should (or need to) make the form look like the Drupal site for consistency (and, if so, how to most easily implement that). I've been advised by AFS that it's not necessary.

Also, if any other links are desired, we'll ask the person authoring the jobapp template to include them.
