Ionic 3.6 #413

Closes #406! 🙌 🎊 🎉 and also #380.

There are, believe it or not, no functional changes as a result of this. Please see Ionic's changelog for a list of the framework's notable changes - fyi, we're jumping from version 2.2 to 3.6.

@werebus and @dfaulken I'd love both of your dogged attention to detail here, especially for sanity-checking package.json. @mboneil10 you're amazing in general so your review is equally important!
