Address lint #456

Closes #440.

Something to notice is not all warnings are gone. I was able to remove two types of issues, but two still remain:

All imports are unused. The solution I found was to delete the declaration.d.ts file... but deleting files seems weird. Regardless, I tried doing it aaaaand:
```
Typescript Error
An import path cannot end with a '.ts' extension. Consider importing './ga' instead.
```
I remembering running into this error when upgrading. I don't think it was fixed, just evaded 🤷‍♀️
'Import x' is declared but never used. I'm waiting on this issue to fix it.

The rest of the linter warnings could be resolved with this change. Might not be the best approach, though.

GAAAAH realized version of lint was outdated. Wait to merge until #462 is.
