Re-make (replace?) map #2

With the CSA changes, our service area map needs some updates. I wonder if anyone has the file that image is based on? If not, we'll have to make a new one or get one from the PVPC

Rather than update the map we had, we're now pointing to PVTA website (they don't have a new system map yet, but they've linked to their individual route maps).

Also, though I closed this, I'll do another update late Monday/early Tuesday to the schedules/maps and 2014 service changes pages.
