Bow of Artemis + Lots of small refactors #41

The main commit in the PR introduces Bow of Artemis as the first weapon of the game! (ef43a34)

The remaining commits are small refactors along the entire project.

Since we only use rebase merges, the history will be linear, so it's not an issue to have these commits in this PR.
