Add visual effects to walking

To improve walking experience with visual effects.

Re-opening as Bevy Hanabi is removed to bring WebAssembly support back in https://github.com/umut-sahin/mythmallow/pull/77.

We need to find a new particle system that works on WebAssembly as well. Some alternatives are:
