Improve cargo setup #75

LLD is no longer necessary in macOS as the linker it comes with is already fast.
We've enabled the parallel frontend of rustc, which can lead to stability issues. If such issues are encountered, an issue should be opened to investigate.
Release builds are optimized even further.
Debug and trace logs are removed by default to improve compilation times.
