I added a CONTRIBUTING.md file to explain the workflow when adding new features and collaborating on future Pull Requests. I also linked to the new file in the README so that people can more easily access the file. As of right now, it's linked near the bottom of the README to maintain the current structure, but a future project might be to reorganize the README for readability.
