[CALR-130] Individuals breakdown - Support multi-entry dropdown list to filter on fishery roles #130

Similar to CALR-126, in each vertical tab we should support a dropdown list (with multiple entries enabled) based on fishery roles, that allow us to update the breakdown figures based on one or more roles associated to the individuals.
By default, we want a ' no filter' approach, so we display what you are currently displaying, the breakdown for the full list of individuals.
We do that for each vertical tab, so within a vertical tab, since we have 2 or more graphs, we want to make them updated based on on drop down list, so:
for the gender vertical tab: 1 dropdown list that will filter and update both piechart and age pyramid
for the educational level vertical tab: 1 dropdown list that will fitler and update the 3 piecharts.
