Individual list - Removal of empty columns creates burden between country instances #196
For now this will be dismissed, as it creates regressions between countries. This means that all columns will be displayed for now, even if they are empty. Removing specific columns not wished by countries will be tackled in a generic improvement consisting in enabling module parameters that can be controlled at app config level.
