We should implement the Licenses tab in the vessel_info module. Licenses are handled by reg_vessel_license_permits table.
We should handle a datatable (similar logic as for the vessel owners, with export buttons). Fields to display are:
Permit number
Application date
Permit date
Valid from (date)
Valid to (date)
Validity: here it's a custom column that we should compute if the 'Valid to' date is past. It would be good to handle an icon:
a green 'check' ([https://fontawesome.com/v4.7/icon/check,] or equivalent in bootstrap glyphicon) icon, if valid license; with a title tooltip over it saying 'The license is valid'
a red 'times([https://fontawesome.com/v4.7/icon/times] or equivalent in bootstrap glyphicon) icon, if expired license, with a title tooltip over it saying 'The license is expired'
Gears --> The gear is referended in reg_vessel_license_permits_to_gears table, and it's important to highlight that a license can have multiple gears. To inherit gears, you will have to get the corresponding gears ID from this table, get the corresponding gear names from gear codelist, and set the list of gear names as comma separated list in a unique "character" object (using paste/collapse), that will be stored in the Gears column
