Can you please check the logbook reporting percentages given for past and current years? Values seem to be anormally low.

This requires an upgrade of the Calipseo data model where better tracking of vessel characteristics in time is needed, such as the vessel operational status. For the time being we put this task in stand-by. Ratio will be replaced by number of participating vessels
