Adds 4 new ghosts and primary / secondary evidence.

@Redforce04 Secondary evidence seems to be missing from the "secondaryevidence" list and doesn't show after main evidence is selected.

My apologies, I quickly added this on the day of the update in hopes of quickly updating this, and I overlooked that. I will modify the pr to fix it, and then test it. Sorry.

Check it again. For some reason node isn't building it right but it should be fixed in the updated data.
