Fix double copy #8

Having a problem when two panes are open. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open two different files in two panes
  2. Reload atom
  3. Highlight word in pane 1
  4. Highlight different word in pane 2
  5. Copy
  6. You will have two words in your history, but you only copied once.
