Added fullLine #9

to make compatible with Atom's copy/cut line. See: https://github.com/atom/atom/pull/4233 .

The line setting fullline can be removed at a future date. I left it in so it is backwards compatible with the "cut-line" package and since the Atom PR is not in a release yet.

I also updated the configs to use the latest Atom syntax. See: https://atom.io/docs/api/v0.147.0/Config .
